Men’s Discipleship

This ministry for men addresses key biblical issues that equip us for our God-given responsibilities. Topics include marriage, parenting, work, masculine leadership, service in the church, and understanding contemporary issues through a biblical lens. We gather in the foyer of the worship center every Thursday during the school year, from 6:30–7:30am. Donuts, kolaches, and coffee are provided. For men commuting to work at that time, a Zoom link is available each week—contact Jon Anderson (jon.anderson@foundersbaptist.org) to be added to the email list. Audio from the Men’s Discipleship sessions is available on the Founders Baptist app. To listen to past sessions, click this link
Small Groups

Small Groups Restart We are thrilled to announce a restart of our small group ministry at Founders, led and organized by Pastor Jon Anderson. Small groups afford you the opportunity to minister to other families in the church along with regular fellowship and exhortation. The main goal at these meetings is taking part in a guided discussion from the Bible that focuses on the application and implications of Pastor Richard’s preaching. If this is something which you might have interest in attending or leading/hosting, we’d love to hear from you. We could use more leaders and host homes. Please reach out to Pastor Jon Anderson at jon.anderson@foundersbaptist.org to express your interest! Small Groups As Founders continues to grow, small groups afford another opportunity for church members to get know one another. The goal of small groups Spiritual fellowship is shared partnership we enjoy with one another when believers enjoy fellowship with God. Small group leaders will guide and direct the discussion from the Word. -sharpening,encouraging, and mutual edification is the result of spirit-filled believers spending time together Most small groups meet every other week, on various weeknights. If you want to visit or join as mall group, please contact the church office about small group leaders and hosts. Joining a small group should come with a reasonable commitment—no family will be able to make meeting over a calendar year, but it should be regarded as something on your calendar in a typical month.
Adventure Club

Adventure club encourages kids to see the importance of memorizing Scripture, while including systematic theology, based off of MacArthur’s book, Biblical Doctrine. This program is for 4 year olds-6th grade, and meets every Wednesday night during the school year from 6:30-8pm. For more information, email: founderskids@foundersbaptist.org To register your child CLICK HERE. What is Adventure Club? Adventure Club is an exciting children’s ministry program that is focused on bible memorization and teaching children the truth of God’s Word in a fun, meaningful way. The full curriculum is designed to create opportunities for parents and children to have deeper spiritual discussions at home while working through the lessons, memory verses, activities, and adventure story. This program is designed for children ages three through eleven. Our Mission Adventure Club exists to glorify God through evangelizing children, encouraging parents, and edifying servants so that the gospel may be spread among our children, families may be supported, and the church may be strengthened. Therefore, Adventure Club serves as an effective vehicle through which the church is strengthened and glorifies God through sharing the gospel, supporting parents, and strengthening the saints. FoundersCare

What is FoundersCare? FoundersCare is a service ministry that provides opportunities for Founders Baptist Church members to use their gifts of service to benefit the cause of Christ in our church. FoundersCare originates from our shared life in Jesus Christ and commitment to obey His Word. In John 13:34-35, Jesus said: “I am giving you a new commandment, that you love one another; just as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all people will know that you are My disciples: if you have love for one another.” Why FoundersCare? FoundersCare facilitates member awareness of tangible needs in our church and a consistent response structure for meeting these needs under Elder oversight. The foundation of FoundersCare is scripture and prayer as we walk in obedience to the good works prepared for us (Eph. 2:10). From this foundation, the body of Christ grows in unity in ways explained and empowered by the work of the Holy Spirit as we practice the “one-anothers” in biblical community. Ours is a shared life of love (1 Jn. 3:14), sacrifice (Jn. 15:13), and service (Gal. 5;13) under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, who gave spiritual gifts “to equip the saints for works of ministry and to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, as we mature to the full measure of the stature of Christ” (Eph. 4:11-13). We bear the burdens of our brothers and sisters in Christ (Gal.6:2) by “bearing with one another in love, being diligent to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” (Eph. 4:2b-3). In love, we steward our spiritual gifts (1 Pet.4:10) with humility (Eph. 4:2) and grateful submission (Heb. 13:2), knowing we are only willing instruments in God’s sovereign work (Phil. 1:6). How can I serve with FoundersCare? If you are interested in finding out more or participating in this ministry, please email: founderscare@foundersbaptist.org.
